About Aristotle Taylor
From learning athleticism to playing Division I football.
AriX Performance brings intentional athletic development to athletes earlier - adapted to sport, age, and stage.

My athletic path wasn't conventional.
For much of my early life, serious athletic development wasn't the center of what I did. Then, within roughly six months, I underwent a major physical and athletic transformation that eventually opened the door to Division I football.
That experience changed the way I viewed athletic ability. I learned firsthand that many of the qualities people describe simply as “athleticism” can be intentionally developed.
Acceleration. Movement mechanics. Coordination. Body control. Explosiveness. Discipline.
Then I spent years playing football at Stanford, surrounded by high-level collegiate coaches, strength and conditioning professionals, and athletes. What stood out was the level of detail. High-level performance wasn't random. Movement was taught. Preparation was structured. Weaknesses were identified. Progressions were deliberate.
AriX Performance is my attempt to bring those lessons to athletes earlier. Not by copying a college football program. By taking the principles that matter and adapting them appropriately to different sports, ages, teams, and athletes.
No gimmicks.
No obsession with making drills look complicated.
No one-size-fits-all program.
Covered nationally on the way to Stanford.
From a self-built gaming PC to a Division I scholarship in under a year, the story picked up national and local coverage before AriX existed.
