Move
Build control before complexity.
Movement quality, coordination, balance, posture, footwork, and positioning establish the foundation.
The AriX Game-Speed System
Movement qualities can be coached and developed just like sport skills. Our system centers around four interconnected areas.
Movement quality, coordination, balance, posture, footwork, and positioning establish the foundation.
First-step quickness, short-area acceleration, sprint mechanics, and explosive movement.
Deceleration, change of direction, balance, lateral movement, and the ability to efficiently redirect force.
Visual cues, decision-making, competition, and unpredictable movement progressively remove the certainty that exists in basic drills.
Game speed is where those qualities meet. An athlete who can move well, accelerate quickly, control their body, and react effectively becomes much more capable of expressing their skills when competition becomes unpredictable.
AriX does not force every athlete through an identical program. The system gives us the framework. The athlete tells us where to place the emphasis.
Built around a system. Adapted to the athlete. The framework stays consistent. The training does not.
What AriX is, who it's for, and how development actually works.
Team training is primarily designed for youth sports organizations, while individual performance training is primarily focused on high school, collegiate, and advanced athletes. Specific fit depends on the athlete, team, and training environment.
